Pilates focuses on building strong core support while performing movements with control and precision. The class combines classical and modern pilates exercises. At the end of each session, restorative stretches and final relaxation are included.
Yin
This class is perfect for calming the mind and restoring the nervous system. You will practice slow, long-held, and gently opening yin yoga poses. Each class ends with a deep relaxation that helps you reach a state of tranquility.
Hatha
Hatha yoga is suitable for those who want to develop body awareness and pause with gentle movement at a calm pace. In these classes, you can safely practice both strengthening and flexibility-enhancing yoga postures.
Soundful Yin®
Soundful Yin® combines yin yoga poses that open the body, gentle touch, and the calming, deep-relaxing vibrations of sound bowls.
Pranayama
Pranayama practice introduces you to the power of breath. Classes include breathing exercises that promote well-being, increase inner stability, and improve concentration. The practice also includes gentle stretching and strengthening movements.
Flow
Flow yoga blends movement and breath into a smooth flow. The class begins with a body scan and opening movements, progresses through repetitive flow sequences and free movement sections, and ends with restorative final relaxation. Flow yoga brings strength, energy, and joy to the body.
Kids Yoga (ages 8–12)
Kids yoga offers a safe and supportive environment where children aged 8–12 can explore yoga and their own bodies. The exercises support concentration, creativity, and a positive self-image through play and movement.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and slightly faster-paced practice where movement flows in rhythm with the breath. The class activates the entire body and uses warmth and flow to enhance presence. Vinyasa is suitable if you want a more intense workout that still feels gentle.
Aroma yin
This class offers a holistic experience for the body, mind, and senses. Aroma Yin combines yin yoga with the scent of high-quality essential oils. The aromas support nervous system recovery and deepen relaxation.
Sound Bowl Bath
A sound bowl bath is an excellent way to pause and connect with yourself. The vibrations of the sound bowls are known for their restorative, calming, and balancing effects.
