Events range from small themed festival days and workshops to large outdoor events, such as the annual Helsinki Hyvinvointifestivaali (Helsinki Wellness Festival) held every summer.<\/p><p>The festivals are organized collaboratively with visiting instructors, and previous events have included workshops on breathing, yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation. Our recurring festivals offer a unique experience combining yoga, music, vegetarian food, sound bowl baths, and meaningful encounters.
